Co-founder, mentor and CEO of Cyfuture India Pvt. Ltd., Anuj is the force behind this organization's tremendous growth. He has been instrumental in converting Cyfuture India Pvt. Ltd. from a start-up to multi-million dollar IT behemoth in a short span of time. He believes in building long term partnership with customers by gaining insights into their spoken and unspoken needs, and addressing them proactively.

Anuj has rich experience in creating global business strategies and marketing blueprint for enterprises, fuelling further expansion and development. His penchant for exploring uncharted territory enabled him to establish global brands such as Go4Hosting Data Centers and Go4Customer BPO, which have surpassed all previous records of success and growth.

In the year 2011, Anuj was conferred with National Award: "The Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises" (MSMEs) in the presence of her Excellency Smt. Pratibha Devisingh Patil, President of India. Another feather in the cap was the prestigious "Rajasthan State Award for Export Excellence" for the year 2010-2011 presented by his Excellency Shri Ashok Gehlot, former Chief Minister of Rajasthan. Ltd.' growth path, Anuj excels in creating, developing and mentoring super charged teams which propel the expansion of organization and swiftly execute business ideas.

Gary Barlow

Director, UK Operations

Gary brings over 22 years of experience as Independent Financial Advisor. He has worked with some of the top global business conglomerates in Europe and Asia, assisting them to drive growth and expansion. Settled in Tiverton, UK, Gary became the head of UK operations of Cyfuture India Pvt. Ltd. in the year 2002, after he experienced cutting edge technological innovation and world class customer service from Cyfuture India Pvt. Ltd.

With his in-depth knowledge and expertise in International Business Management and Wealth Management services, Gary has played a vital role in scripting the growth story of Cyfuture India Pvt. Ltd.

Innovation is the centre-stone of Gary's work profile, which is supported by his extensive domain knowledge and know-how of managing and optimizing an organization's growth. Using his business prowess and management skills, Gary has been the torch bearer in bringing in massive business opportunities in the fields of Business Process Outsourcing, Online Marketing and Software Development from European and UK market.

Shilpi Agarwal

Director, Finance

A qualified Company Secretary, an MBA Finance Graduate and a BHU alumnus, Shilpi oversees the financial health of the company. Her previous stint at HCL Technologies and her own venture has given her the much-needed experience in driving the overall financial strategy and planning at Cyfuture. She has been featured on CNBC TV 18 and Economic Times several times for her exemplary work as an entrepreneur.

Ravish Sharma

Head- Global Operations

With an experience of over 13 years in corporate structure, Mr. Ravish Sharma has been with Cyfuture for the last 5 years. He is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency of our managed outsourcing services and business excellence. He has a proven track record of implementing operational excellence in every sphere of the process: expansion, cost reduction, customer & employee satisfaction as well as ensuring that the concurrent business goals are met in specific deadlines. Rashi Batra

Head- HR

Rashi Heads Human Resource Department at Cyfuture. She is responsible for overseeing all people processes and implementing the organization-wide human resources strategy. A Post Graduate in Human Resource Management, Rashi strives to attain accuracy and prompt resolutions in every act. She has embarked on a new journey with Cyfuture, after highly successful stints at Convergys, Tybros and Shriram Group, which exhibit her deep experience in the BPO, automotive and hospitality sectors. Rashi is a pristine example of how to develop and sustain a strong corporate team for business by leading from the front.

Deepak Dhar

Head - Presales

A veteran in the IT space, Deepak boasts of a career spanning three decades, having worked for reputable organizations like Hindusthan Development Corporation Ltd, Dharampal Satyapal Group, Conax Access Systems, Total Synergy and Phongsavanh bank. Adept at project management, vendor management, quality assurance and security compliance, Deepak loves to take up challenges, especially the ones that have a lasting impact. At Cyfuture, he supervises all technical pre-sales activities and focusses on expanding the company’s reach.

Bipin Singh

Sr. Manager, Government and Channel Sales

An IMT Ghaziabad alumnus, Bipin holds over 14 years of experience in business development and allied activities. A calculated risk-taker with deep industry knowledge, he leads the company’s government and channel sales division and oversees its expansion efforts in emerging markets. Before joining Cyfuture in 2016, Bipin was working as the business manager for Netgear Technologies where he was in charge of sales for retail and e-commerce segments. He has worked for several illustrious brands including Epson, Zenith Computers, and Bharti Comtel. Brand development, product management, solution selling and new business development are his greatest skills.

Vinod Yadav

Senior Manager, IDC Support

A seasoned IT professional, Vinod boasts of long-standing expertise in building comprehensive IT strategy and infrastructure blueprint for enterprise virtualization, cloud, and data center consolidation. Endowed with a thorough understanding of the global cloud marketplace, he loves to formulate solutions that deliver tangible outcomes, and bridge the gap between physical and digital worlds. At Cyfuture, Vinod leads the technical team that works on designing, implementing and streamlining business operations for IaaS/PaaS cloud, technology integration, solution development, and process improvement initiatives.

Md Salim

Senior Manager, IDC

Conversant with the nitty-gritty of cloud and data center management, Md Saleem holds prestigious certifications from Amazon Web Services and Alibaba Cloud that add to his cap of accomplishments. During his 13-year tenure with the organization, Saleem has carved a reputation for building foolproof business strategies and innovative business models. His profound technical expertise, impeccable problem-solving skills and unmatched zeal have positioned Cyfuture as a leader in the cloud and infrastructure space.
